  • When will I be charged after I sign up and in the future?
    Your credit card will be charged immediately once you have successfully signed up. Your account will be active and you can start working on the content of your site once you log into the admin section. You will be charged once per month for as long as you keep your account open. Your billing date is usually the same day of the month that you signed up on.
  • What will show up on my credit card statement?
    MODOMG will show on your future statements. The amount will vary depending on what package you signed up for and which options you have activated.
  • How do I upgrade/downgrade my Cheetah Builder account?
    Your account can be upgraded or downgraded once every 30 days. All you have to do is submit a support ticket and we will make the change for you within 24 hours (usually less). There also may be an upgrade fee depending on what package you are moving to. This is for additional design and coding of your website (if needed).
  • OK, I've signed up. How do I point my domain to my new Cheetah Builder account?
    All you have to do is update your domain's name servers to: NS1.CHEETAHBUILDER.COM and NS2.CHEETAHBUILDER.COM. Instructions on how to do this will be available through your registrar (Example: GoDaddy.com). Once you have made the change it will take about 24 hours for the domain to propagate to our servers.
  • Where can I find help with my site and admin section?
    We have created a Support Site for our customers to use. Please visit the link to view manuals for getting started and the admin section. If you need additional help, you can post to the forums, or submit a support request.
  • I checked out the support site and I still need more help, what now?
    No problem! Even though our service is easy to use (in our opinion) we know that some customers might need some one-on-one help or might want to have us do changes on their site for them. If you are interested in having us help you directly, please submit a support ticket and explain what you need done or help with. We will give you a quote for the work and add it onto your next invoice if you choose to move forward.
